Plan for my Final Outcome
In my Final Outcome I will need to do a film shoot and a photoshoot.
For my Film-shoot:
I will use blue paint flowing in a water tank which represents the genie as it flows out of lamp, and it’s signature deep blue colour it’s known for. I will need blue acrylic paint, a clear water box and a light box. I will also need a plain black background. I will use a thick piece of black paper or cardboard to ensure the camera is only focused on the ink and not anything else .
The equipment I need will be DSLR Camera on a tripod to get close up by zooming in and to change the camera setting like the shutter speed and ISO setting. I will use Studio Lighting so that the video has a good source of light, to bring out the bright colour.
In this Photoshoot:
I will take portraits of my model with my camera on the DSLR camera. I have chosen to take pictures with a person as the subject as Simrah Farrukh’s photographs are always female portraits. The south asian attire my model will be wearing will link to the models of Farrukh and how they look.
The equipment I need will be a DSLR Camera to allow me to change the light exposure triangle. I will pick a sequinned, embroidered top with matching trousers for the royal and fancy looks Jasmine and other women wear in Aladdin.
I will respond to each of my 3 chosen artists. Magdiel Lopez will be included in my work through digital manipulation in the face of my subject, with text and gradients on the background. Simrah Farrukh’s work will be portrayed in my subject, and what they are wearing. Alberto Seveso will be the base of my final piece, where the flowing paint in water will be my work’s background.
