FINAL OUTCOME PLAN

My plan for my final outcome is to create a photographic installation inspired by the work of Martin Parr, Victoria Siemer, and Laurent Kronental.

I intend to print my photos on good quality cardstock and suspend them a little apart using invisible fishing wire so that the viewer has to look through the scene I've created from the familiar imagery at the forefront into the unfamiliar views of abroad placed at the back.

I have mocked up three designs that I intend to create for my final piece in Adobe Photoshop, based on designs created in my printed and cut paper plans.

 

I have included here (bottom left) screenshots of the files open in Photoshop so that the layers of photos are visible. These layers will be printed onto cardstock individually with all other layers hidden, then the white blank areas will be cut out precisely with a craft knife to create the holes so that the viewer can peep through the layers when hung up like a window, as my sketched plan shows.
